Let’s face it, there just aren’t that many restaurants in Princeville. But there is one gem that you can’t miss: Hideaways Pizza Pub. It’s located in the Pali Ke Kua condo complex. By far the best pizza on Kauai.
Check out their menu. We loved the Supreme (without onion or peppers). Cold beers on tap as well.
What we really like is the atmosphere. They have an old-style long board on one wall and an outrigger canoe on another. It has a very cozy feeling – not too many tables. And the booths set up high, a really cool feeling.
The wait staff are very attentive and fast.
So look for Pali Ke Kua, turn right into the complex and go down about a hundred yards. You’ll see the Hideaways Pizza Pub sign on your right. Parking is right there.
